Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact our customer support via support@nourishandwellness.net
  • Once a cancellation request is acknowledged, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • Nourish and Wellness does not accept returns or process refunds unless specific conditions are met.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
  • Products damaged during transit.
  • Products with manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect products shipped.
  • Email support@nourishandwellness.net within 48 hours of product receipt, including photos of the issue.
  • Returns are not accepted if products have been consumed or tampered.
  • On receipt of returned goods, they will be inspected and validated; eligible returns receive a replacement or refund.
  • Ineligible returns will not be considered for refund.
  • Online payment refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.
